How It Works

1. Submit demographic sheet, prescription, and chart notes to Bone Growth Stimulators.com
2. We verify insurance same business day and advise of patient financial responsibility.
3. Authorization form is signed for insurance and we obtain approval.
4. Product is shipped to patient’s home and patient brings stimulator to next appointment.
5. Physician advises patient on stimulator usage and bills appropriate CPT codes.
